What is Release Ayrshire.
We are an online men’s support service that has been set up to help provide confidential support and advice to men of any age who are down, in crisis or simple need to talk . Our volunteers are here to chat about anything that could be troubling you; work frustration, relationship dilemmas, money worries or just general day to day worries.
Although aimed at supporting men we will not turn away anyone who is struggling – friends, partners or females who need support.
Release Ayrshire volunteers are not counsellors – we are all volunteers who have adequate training to support, guide and signpost.
